About Us

IT Delivery/IT4GP was founded in 2007, in Victoria, Australia. Our focus is on IT solutions that improve business outcomes. Our innovative services have seen a strong story of growth year on year.

We attribute this growth to working in a broad range of industries to support them with implementing and maintaining services to assist them with customer service.

Though predominantly we have been working within the Health Industry we also work with Utilities, Telecommunication, Retail, Information Technology and Education. We focus on IT infrastructure consulting and project management.

In 2009 we expanded our focus to “Business IT” achieving a growing footprint in a number of businesses. This included packages for phones, servers, maintenance and maintaining of systems freeing up admin and management to focus on daily tasks.

By  2010 we were able to implemented IT Governance service and created our “managed” product line.  This includes end to end IT managed through a single vendor improving monitoring, proactive management, backups and support. You can customise a suite of services which can be improved as and when you are ready to add them such as hosted disaster recovery, managed print and intranet repository. Our packages will assist you with a single, easy, monthly payment for  your IT expenses. servers, firewall and network, back up and recovery built in your equipment refreshes and added the surety against equipment failure you will have effectively removed all of the peak costs of IT.

We recognised the need to be in a centralised location and house our growing level of professionals, opening our offices in Collins Street in 2011. This allowed us to support our new services in LSM Axias and Cloud advice.

IT4GP was developed in 2012, with a focus on supporting the General Practice with end to end IT solutions. This has expanded into our hosting platform including setting up a full time Disaster Recovery location.

In 2014, we signed a partnership agreement to provide the innovative Interact Intranet solution to the Australian marketplace. Also signing with Aria Technologies to provide our customers the class leading IPECS solution.
